GENSACO RETURN POLICY

 All sales made by GENSACO, Inc. directly or through its Web site www.gensaco.com are final. No money paid for any item sold by GENSACO, INC. will be returned to the purchaser. Only exchanges are made in the form of the same item shipped or one of higher value. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization obtained from Gensaco, Inc.

GENSACO, Inc. will accept some returns under special circumstances and those returns that are accepted, must have received a prior authorization which can be obtained by calling GENSACO, INC. at 800 506-1935. You will need a RMA Nr. ( Return Merchandise Authorization Number ) from Gensaco, Inc. before returning any items. You must speak with a qualified GENSACO representative, explain to him or her the reason why you want to return the item ordered, obtain a RMA Nr., which you will display prominently to the right of your return address on the original box in which the item was shipped to you.  Any item returned without a RMA Nr.  next to your own address will not be accepted.

There must be a valid reason for wanting to return the item(s) ordered. Wanting to return an item just because someone "changed his or her mind" is not considered a valid reason.When an item is received in a damaged condition, the purchaser must first and foremost notify the carrier involved in the shipping of said item and file a claim with said carrier. We accept no responsibility for merchandise arrived damaged due to some fault of the carrier used in transporting the goods. When an item is defective either in its performance or has a defective part or component that prevents the item to function properly as described in the Instruction Manual, the item can be returned within seven (7) days from its arrival at the location of the purchaser. The item MUST be returned in its original packaging or carton or box in which it was shipped and it must NOT have been used extensively or show sign of heavy usage.

Prior Authorization from GENSACO, INC. is required before returning the defective item. GENSACO, INC., at its sole option, will either fix the problem or replace the item entirely with no expense to the original purchaser. Shipping a defective item back to GENSACO, INC. is the responsibility of the purchaser. GENSACO, INC. will pay for the shipping of a new item or the fixed item back to purchaser.This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses.Coffee and other food items will not be accepted for return under any circumstance.This return policy is valid only within the continental United States.

If you're not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our option. Merchandise must be shipped insured in original packaging with all paperwork. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and exclude shipping fees. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied.
Coffee and other food items are not covered by this Return Policy.

This product is guaranteed to be free of defects in material, components and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase from an authorized Dealer/Distributor.During this period the Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective part or component. Labor is included within this warranty only during the first 30 days of the warranty period, providing the defective unit is brought back or delivered free of charge to the original place of purchase, namely the Dealer/Distributor where you purchased this unit originally. Name of Dealer: This warranty excludes defects.caused by negligence, misuse, alteration. accident, prior service by unauthorized persons and failure to follow the installation and operation procedures outlined in the booklet enclosed with each unit sold. Furthermore use of improper electrical voltage, wiring, improper cleaning and failure to wait the proper specified time before the use of the unit, causing improper suction of milk inside the boiler, VOIDS this warranty in its entirety. This warranty applies only to new products and extends only to the original Purchaser. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America. THIS FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
